Due to the situation with COVID-19, we will be waiving our usual two week exchange period policy (after all, you never know when you might have to stay home for a while). All items must be unused and unwashed and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that any duvets, pillows or custom items (i.e. reversible duvet covers or custom sizing) are a final sale.

Unfortunately bed cannot cover any shipping expenses resulting from product exchanges.

If you’re unsure about a product colour (all screens display colour differently) please order a swatch before making your purchase. Keep in mind that dye lots vary over time (as do the colour of swatches) so use these as general guidelines only. The colour you receive may not be exactly as displayed on screen or match the swatch perfectly because dye lots vary. You may read more about this here. Variance is the nature of handmade hand dyed products.

Of course in the unlikely event of defective merchandise bed will repair or replace the merchandise at our discretion and cover the shipping costs.

If you are shipping anything back to us, please contact us to let us know in advance so that we can keep an eye out for the package and be sure to use to our new address of 2932 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V5T 3G3

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If you have to return goods to us please send them in the mail, not by courier and clearly mark the package “CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING”. This saves you from having to cover any unnecessary duplication of taxes and duties and brokerage fees that get charged to us when the package enters Canada.
