We’re looking for an industrial sewing and serging machine operator with at least 2-5 years experience in production/factory-speed sewing.

3-4 weeks of training with our production lead will be provided on a hourly basis and then regular compensation will be based on piece-work. The schedule may be a mix of working with another sewer or independently in our workshop located near the Production Way SkyTrain station in Burnaby. Initially 2 days weekly, with opportunities for more hours seasonally – there is some flexibility in which days of the week are available.

The role includes cutting or ripping wide cotton to planned sizes, sewing and finishing a range of items like duvet covers, fitted & flat sheets along with pillowcases, then adding newly manufactured items to our workshop inventory shelves for the next stage in production.
