We make all of our bedding by hand, so please take note of the production times listed on individual product pages (and your receipt) for any backordered items. Once your order is completed, we will ship via your chosen method and provide a tracking number. Or if you opted for in-store pickup, we will email to let you know when your order is ready – please wait to hear from us before making a trip to the store.
